The Angel Pageant is our affiliated chapter Rho Chi Omega’s signature program. Your support allows the Foundation to provide college scholarships and support community activities. We appreciate your willingness to support our Angels through ticket purchases and advertisements.
Angel Pageant Finale

Each Angel will receive two (2) complimentary tickets to the
Angel Pageant. Admission for family and friends is as follows:
General Admission: $15.00 per person
Youth (age 6-17) $8.00 per person
Children (age 5 and under) Free

Fees will be calculated at checkout.
All payments paid to The Emerald Community Empowerment Foundation (TECEF) are nonrefundable in full or in part under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to registration fees, advertising fees, and pageant admission ticket sales fees.

Should a participant withdraw from the Angel Pageant for any reason, she will not receive a refund of any fees.
Donation Notice
Your donation to he Emerald Community Empowerment Foundation (TECEF) is to a non-profit entity. Such donations are tax deductible for federal or state income tax purposes. Donations are used for scholarships, program initiatives, and other authorized expenditures.
