The Angel Pageant is our affiliated chapter Rho Chi Omega’s signature program. Your support allows the Foundation to provide college scholarships and support community activities. We appreciate your willingness to support our Angels through souvenir journal purchases and advertisements.

We appreciate your willingness to purchase an advertisement in support of our Angels.
To purchase an ad, you may work directly with the Angel’s parent to provide them with the Ad Form and payment. If you prefer to pay online, use the purchase options below and email your completed Ad Form and a copy of your receipt by the deadline.

Refund Policy
All payments paid to The Emerald Community Empowerment Foundation (TECEF) are nonrefundable in full or in part under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to registration fees, advertising fees, and pageant admission ticket sales fees.
Should a participant withdraw from the Angel Pageant for any reason, she will not receive a refund of any fees.
Donation Notice
Your donation to he Emerald Community Empowerment Foundation (TECEF) is to a non-profit entity. Such donations are tax deductible for federal or state income tax purposes. Donations are used for scholarships, program initiatives, and other authorized expenditures.
